We've collected information that we've found helpful since we started meeting together. We all have different problems at home and do different things when we care for someone, but the one thing we all have in common is that the problems just don't go away. Sometimes caring is fun and we feel good doing it, other times it can be hard, we might feel tired or sad. There is no right or wrong way to feel, we too have our needs and that can make us feel anything from happy, sad, angry, tired or frustrated. We all tend to deal with things differently and sometimes sharing our experiences means that we can help or learn from others who are in similar situations.
