GOBI DESERT CHALLENGE - July 2008

The Skye and Lochalsh Young Carers feel privileged and in awe of Robert Holding who ran 140 miles across the Gobi Desert and raise funds for us. This is a race of extremes where competitors must negotiate dunes, an ice gorge, mountain range and desert plain, it is an adventure which will push them to their mental, physical and emotional limits.   A total of £680.22 was raised.
